WhenToWork^SM Affiliate Program

WhenToWork.com has developed an affiliate program that allows you to earn commissions by referring customers who become paid members of our system.

How much can I earn?

• If a new customer you refer signs up for normal paid service, we will pay you 20% of the amount they pay towards their first year of paid service* 
• In any calendar year, if your commissions reach $600, your commission rate increases to 25% on remaining referrals for that year

How do I get paid?

• At the end of each month, if your unpaid commissions are over $30 we will mail you a check within 21 days
• You can track your commissions using your affiliate login

Tax Reporting

• If your commissions exceed $600 in one tax year we will provide you with a form 1099

How do I become an affiliate?

• Read our affiliate agreement and then apply online 
• Your affiliate number and login will be immediately e-mailed to you, but your official approval results will be sent a few days later

Once I am an approved affiliate how does it work?

• You will be provided with an affiliate number and a special login to track your commissions and payments
• You also can create "aliases" so that you can tell potential customers to put your alias name in the "referred by" field when they sign up on our home page
• From your affiliate login, you can create free trials yourself for potential customers
• Code will also be provided so you can put links into e-mail or on a web site which will automatically place your Affiliate number into new trial created from following the link

* "first year of paid service" indicates the 12 month period between their trial account expiration date and a year later than their trial account expiration date.
